Hale Mahaolu, a non-profit corporation, owns and/or manages family and elderly affordable housing sites in Maui County, Hawaii.
Our criteria for admission usually follows U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines in terms of age, financial condition, and health. We ask all interested applicants to inquire personally to avoid misinterpretation of the admission criteria.
