Hale Mahaolu is a private, non-profit housing corporation that owns and/or manages low and moderate-income housing units for families, elderly, and/or disabled people in Maui County, Hawaii.
Our criteria for admission usually follows U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines in terms of age, financial condition, and health. We ask all interested applicants to inquire personally or complete an application form to avoid misinterpretation of the admission criteria.
